BRV (Brown Rice Vinegar)
Brown Rice VInegar is traditionally a CLEANSER and STIMULANT.
BRV is a by-product of the making of traditional Korean makgeolli (rice wine). BRV is superior to all other vinegars, but requires practice to generate consitent quality.
- Alternatives to BRV include Banana Vinegar (BV) and Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) - which are easier to buy/make within the UK - especially on large scale.
- The function of BRV is to asist in cleaning a plant cell to enable of absorption of nutrients (as ACV is utilised within human health).
